Salmon Carpaccio • Hokkaidon • Assorted Sashimi 32 pcs So sad that they were sold out for the Uni I am still happy with the Botan Shrimps in the Hokkaidon It’s so fresh and tasty! Love the high quality fish and shrimp they put in the sashimi platter. Look at the bright orange colour of the salmon that you can tell it’s better quality salmon. A bit disappointed with the salmon carpaccio, however, as it’s under seasoned and also not in the form that I expected it would be.
The sashimi is really fresh with very good condition! I order the AD 100 with less sashimi so that my child can also try the cooked sushi. Love the taste and definitely will come back again! Good for family share or party cos this tray has so many sushi and sashimi in it!

Best sushi place! Delicious and affordable. Been here at least 8 times in 2024 alone. The party trays are always such a hit. Since we’ve found this sushi spot we haven’t been to others. When we were picking up our first party tray of 2025 we were offered 2 complimentary drinks, very nice! Great customer service.
So I reveiwed Yu Sushi some years ago and visited on again Jan. 2025. I had the Happy Combo #2, Crabmeat and Salmon 12 pieces for 9.98. I have had this about 4x's now. Absolute perfection. The ingredients are fresh and the combination of flavours is skillfully designed and executed. My compliments to the chef. The food is made ready to order right in front of you. Located in Parkway Sheraton Food Court. A hidden gem. Good prices. Staff is mannerly and friendly. Lots of underground parking and some aboveground parking as well. I would give this establishment 6/5...okay, my math is not so good. Really good Sushi. Another gem at Shoppes of the Parkway. Ordered the lunch special ,Spicy Maki Combo. 18 pieces of Sushi. Nicely crafted and tasty. A bit too much of the sauce and not very spicy but enjoyable.A drink or Miso soup is included. Price was a bit steep 15.25 tax included. Would recommend and will come back.

The sushi was amazing! I told her the fish I liked and that I couldn’t eat spicy and they accommodated everything. Even gave me the regular mayo I asked for in lieu of the spicy. Phenomenal service, I ate half when we got back to our room and then half later and it was even good after hours of sitting there. The Beef Carpaccio add-on I got was also really tasty and I got around 10 pieces for 5.99. The platter was really well priced as well, 30.00 for 40 pieces. Not to mention the mall is attached to the hotel so I didn’t even have to pay a delivery fee because it took me two minutes to walk there. Would give more than 5* if I could!
